How to configure master blocking sensor

Currently, I have two 4210s deployed. Both sensors has to be able to manage the same blocking devices, so configure the outer sensor to be the master blocking sensor, since it's closes to our three edge outers. Here's what I did, using CSPM, I added these routers to the outer sensor's blocking devices. It works fine, it is shunning. Now, when I tried to configure the second sensor to use the outer sensor as the master blocking sensor, it won't let me save: "System consistency check failure, SAVE operation aborted". The system is complaining that "The master blocking sensor outersensor does not have any blocking devices defined". I'm sure that the outersensor's blocking devices is defined and is operational...any suggestions?

Both sensors are being managed by the same CSPM?

If sensor1 is configured to do the shunning, and sensor2 is configured to use sensor1 as a shunning server, then everything should work.

If it is not working then you may have found a bug in CSPM. I would contact the TAC.
