How to do host registry check using CCA Network Scan?

How can you make CCA do host registry check using clientless mode(network scan)? I tried to use "network scan" to check McaFee update but failed. The info I got is:

"If you want the permissions / values of all the sensitive

registry keys to be checked for, we recommend that

you fill the 'SMB Login' options in the

'Prefs.' section of the client by the administrator

login name and password."

I think this is for configuration at Nessus Client side. How can I do it using CCA?

I found in the Nessus documents that Nessus can configure a SMB login account to do host based check. How can I configure this SMB login account in CCA?
