IDS MC and IDSM versions

What version of the MC signatures do you have to run in order to use the S33 version on the IDS Modules? I'm running S37 on the MC.

The difference between the IDS MC updates and other management platform updates is that the IDS MC is not aware of the boundaries between the various sig updates. I'm not sure if this is what you're asking but, you can download the IDS MC S33 update and apply it to the MC. Once this is done, you can re-add the S33 sensor.

I've had repeated problems, with two seperate installs of IDSMC, when adding sensors that are not the exact version the server is running. If I recall correctly, the S33 was pulled for IDSMC. You may have to manually update your sensors, then import them to the server.
