The memory utilization listed in the show ver output from the sensor is incorrect so if that is where you are seeing the 98% memory useage number than you can ignore it. To see how much available memory is left on your running system do the following.
Log into your service account.
run top
Note the Free memory and the cached memory amounts
The total of the free memory and the cached memory is the memory that is available for your system to use. So if that number is say 256 MB then you are at 50% utilization on a 4215.
