Impossible to suppress access-list remark

Hello, I'm not able to suppress the following remark in my PIX515 firewall 6.3(3) / 3.0(4).

access-list inside_access_in remark Accès messagerie

I suspect this is due to the special characters used in the access-list : è

Already tried "access-list inside_access_in remark Accès messagerie" and "no access-list inside_access_in line 34"

A remark can be up to 100 characters and can precede or follow an access-list command. However, for clarity, comments should be placed consistently within an access list. There is no run-time performance impact because remarks are stored within an access control entry (ACE) data structure.

Following is the command syntax to specify a comment:

access-list acl_id remark text
