I have cisco ASA 5520.Is it possible to create more than one "outside" interfaces on it or not.

Depends what you mean by "outside".
No, you cannot create two interfaces with the same name.
You can create two interfaces with the same security level (say 0).

Not sure if I understand your "outside" correctly.
A. ASA 5505 and ASA 5550 support Dual-ISP uplink which provide you multiple outside IP.
But, not on 5520 model.

B. You can have multipile public IP on the Global pool address as long as your internet rtr knows how to get to the global IP.
