The scenerio explains , we are in dealt with two ISP terminated in two routers , 1st ISP had 2E1's and 2nd ISP had 1E1 towards customer(us).infact the 2nd ISP is running EIGRP in his customer end router, and the 1st is running static. anyone can explain what are the possible way to do load balancing between all these 3 E1's.

ISP Loadbalancing:
You have to buy a loadbalancer to do that or you use a routing protocol as BGP on both ISP's.
Usually ISP do not want to configure that to the end customers Routers ???
Problem: Even if you configure static router with diffrent metrics you will never see that link went down on the ISP Network after a few hops.
