I seem to have lost the ability to attach to a Pix 525 running 6.2 using the PDM interface. Reloading the PIX hasn't helped.
No error message in the log. Browser just says can't find server. I was in this PIX using PDM just two days ago and nothing has been changed since then.
I can still get in using Telnet and I am still able to go through the Pix to the Internet.
Any ideas what to check?

Hello Doug -
Have you got 'http server enabled' on you PIX config ? and http
Were, inside IP addrs is the client that is using the PDM, also make sure to use 'static IP addrs' for the inside IP addrs.

I do have http server enabled and pdm location configured with the correct IP address ranges.
Still no response when trying to connect from a browser. Nothing had been changed on this PIX between the last successful connection to PDM and when the failure was noted.
Anyone have any other thoughts.

Hi,
try clearing the offline content of your browser (CTRL-F5 on Windows).
ps make sure you are using https (and not http).

Upgrading the PDM software fixes this issue, however if you and delete your offline files in your browser you will be able to get back into the PDM. Good Luck.
