I have a group of users that are using wireless internet access through their cell phones and then to a tablet via bluetooth to our VPN 3060 concentrator. When the wireless service detects a VPN tunnel it turns off its compression. I was asked to enable LZS compression on the 3060 to see if this helps. Problem is when I turn it on, no one can authenticate to the group anymore. Turn LZS off, no problem. I am running a 3060 with version 4.1.2. Any help? Anyone?

If the client side does not support compression and compression is enabled on the concentrator, then you will not be able to communicate. This happens with Linux VPN client as linux VPN client does not support compression.

We are using Win XP and the Cisco VPN client. Compression is supported on both. Any other ideas?

I should have been a little more clear. Even though the clients are using bluetooth from the phone to the PC, we cannot even log into the group using a stright Internet connection from a WinXP PC with the Cisco client.
