Hi Everyone,

recently installed MARS appliance. After a few days i was not able to connect to the device any longer. when I console onto the box i keep see pop up (like the boot sequence) that the loopback and network card is ok. but when i check the interface the config isn't there anymore. further more, i configure it and it reboots, but doesnt take the config.

has anyone seen this before? firmware is 4.3.1

The first time you boot the appliance and whenever you re-image it, you must configure the MARS Appliance.

Before you begin to configure the appliance, you can ensure whether the instructions given in the below URL has been completed.
