MARS Not seeing HP Switch on Topology Graph

Hello everyone,

I'm configuring an HP 2650 switch on the MARS appliance and using the Generic router device. It seems to take the switch but it doesn't show up on the Topology graph.

If I do a query of unknown devices it looks as though the MARS is receiving information from the switch.

When I do a discover on the switch I receive an error while discovering the device which says to view error, but the error says there is no Error Log.

Is this because it is not Cisco gear?

The MARS does not support HP switches directly. You can collect syslog/traps from it, but you'll have to create a custom parser. Device discovery cannot be performed on it.
