I'm looking for design guidance on how to best support multicast over VPN that will connect sites of an Enterprise. GRE based tunnels are the only Cisco docs I've found so far. Recommendations?

This is kind of a tough on. I’d suggest discussing this issue with your Cisco systems engineer. There are a number of variables in this design.
