Is it possible to NAT traffic from my internal network to my external interface IP only when its destined to a specific IP. If so, given the following scenario, how would I accomplish this:
Internal IP: 66.x.x.x
External interface: 212.x.x.x
Destination: 216.109.117.206

Yes it is possible. You are talking about policy NAT.
