IOS 12.4T: no radius accounting when redundancy inter-device is configured

Even the redundancy protocol is not configured with any profile, the effect of having redundancy inter-device configured as a config parameter end in suppressed radius requests. Can be verified with debug aaa accounting

*Jan 11 23:21:37.475: AAA/ACCT(00000003): Accouting method=CRYPTO-ACS-NEW (RADIUS)
*Jan 11 23:21:37.475: AAA/ACCT/EXEC(00000003): Suppressed record

The command can not be removed with the "no" option. Config must be manually modfied and copied to start-up.
