Hi,
My setup goes like this...Internal(100.x.x.101)---proxy---firewall---router---Internet---ISP (MAIL Server - 212.xxx.xxx.40). If i want to access my e-mails located at ISP. What are the protocols i should allow apart from SMTP, POP3? If anybody has got the same setup, help me out

you may consider allowing port 110, port 25, port 143 for imap. may be you need to allow port 80 and port 443
thanks

But Nadeem, i believe Port no 443 is for SSL, is it required to allow? Anyways i will open this port as well and see...

not necessarily. The only required ports are 110 and 25. but outlook web access may require you to open up port 443 and port 80
thanks
