PDM is not accessible

I can telnet the PIX (501), PDM version 3.0(1) is installed, http server is enabled, PDM is configured and the host is allowed, still I can't access the PDM. Web browser displays the message "the page can not be displayed"?

any help will be appreciated.

are you using https when you type in the url? also, what version of java have you installed? I found that java 2 runtime environment se v1.4.2 and later may not work with pdm.

if it doesn't resolve the issue, please post your config.

yes, I type https. Ican access one other PIX in our network. only difference is that we have a concentrator in between lan and PIX (which PDM is not accessible). I can telnet to it but the only problem is with PDM. what about 3020 concentrator, would it make any difference?

config:-

pdm location 62.130.x.0 255.255.254.0 inside

pdm history enable

http server enable

http 62.130.x.0 255.255.254.0 inside

try using java 1.4.2 or upgrade the pdm
