PDM Will not Work with IE 6.0

I can launch PDM with my IE browser.

in the address window i state,

https://10.10.1.253

all peramerters from the tech support site

relating to IE are enabled.

whats wrong?

Hi,

Have you permited access to the PDM on the PIX from your client

e.g pdm location your_client_ip_address netmask if_name_your_in_on

pdm location 1.1.1.1 netmask 255.255.255.0 inside

PIX config:

http server enable

http 10.0.0.0 255.0.0.0 inside

management-access inside

aaa authentication secure-http-client

username admin password YourPassword privilege 15

Connect https://10.10.1.253

You need the sun JRE for Java support.

If it still does not work do a:

show version you should see something like this:

pix# sh ver

Cisco PIX Firewall Version 6.3(4)

Cisco PIX Device Manager Version 3.0(2)
