Stuck on this one.
The 877 has a 4 prot managed switch.
How / where is the port security?
Desired to lock 1 mac address to a switchport and admin down on exception.
Thanks
Lost in the documentation.

Since this is not a higher end catalyst with the switchport security-xxx commands available, I believe this work-around comes close to the requirement, exception admin down.
config t
Interface vlan1
arp authorized
! disables dynamic learning arp address for the vlan
exit
arp 172.24.5.25 0060.9714.9574 arpa
! create a static arp entry for the known host

Shaw,
4 port managed switch on router877 is a very bare bones switch and does not support any advanced layer2 functions. The only features those ports support are VLANS (dot1q only) and auto-mdix.
Here is the datasheet for the router which lists all the features of this Router and port-security is not one of them.
