I am attempting to implement a username scheme for our UBR7223, we have several tech support people that need access to the UBR just to reset modems and to see the modems on line. So I created a couple of users and gave them priv level 0. Then I added the show cable modem command, and the clear cable modem command to that privelage set. My problem is that we cannot reset the modems, because you must be able to put the "reset" on the back of the clear cable modem command. Does anyone know how I can make this happen? I would also like to be able to include the "pipe to" command in the SCM. Any info is appreciated.
