Problem setting postoffice interval between CSPM and sensor

I am having a problem setting CSPM 2.3i to communicate, via the Postoffice protocol on the standard port, to a sensor every 30 seconds. Do you set the heartbeat interval on CPSM, under the Policy Distribution Point tab, to accomplish this? Do you have to modify anything on the sensor?

Right now the heartbeat seems to occur every 5 seconds.

You may select the sensor in CSPM. Click the Advanced tab and modify your settings in the "heartbeat" field to 30s. This should alleviate your timeout problem.
