Problem with ASA5510 and MAPI for MS Outlook

I have an ASA5510 running V7.0(4) firmware. I'm trying to set up the MAPI proxy feature for Outlook client connections to MS Exchange. In general, the WebVPN service is working OK, but I cannot connect Outlook via MAPI. I get the login panel for domain\account and password entry, but no matter what I enter, the login box just keeps reappearing.

Has anyone here gotten the MAPI feature to work?
