Hi,

I want to define priority for ICMP packets on the cisco 7200 on fast ethernet interface.what's best solution ?

You can use the set ip precedence route-map configuration command to define the priority for the packets and match it with ICMP packets. Here is a nice document on QoS for the 7200/7500.
