I want to block the ip address range 192.168.100. 2 to 192.168.100.65

In 192.168.100.0 network.

All other users must be permitted.

Please write a wild card mask for it.

If you need .1 to be permitted, you should permit it first (192.168.100.1 0.0.0.0), then block 192.168.100.0 with a 0.0.0.63 wildcard mask. Someone check my work, it's still early ;-)
