"LAN SET UP"

I am trying to set up a LAN at my home with three computers. I am using a Router to set up my LAN. My internet service Provider is Time Warner's Road Runner. My problem is that I can see all the computers on the network and share files, but I can access the internet through only one computer? Any ideas why this might be happening?

There are few questions first:

1. Whether your ISP is giving you a Dynamic or Static IP address?

2. If you static address, how many ?

3. Whether your router is capable of doing NAT and whether it can act as a DHCP server to your 3 computers ?
