hi folks,
i have a VPN3030 get back from a closed office without password and other informations.my question is : how can i set this VPN3030 to a factory default or similar setup with a clean file system so thati can setup this conc with our software and the default config.

Klaus,
You can do a password recovery on the VPN3000 and reset the password. Make sure that you use a straight through cable to console into the VPN3000.
Please refer the below URL for details:
Factory Defaults:
You can go to File Management option by going under Administration > File Management and delete the files "Config" and
"Config.bak" along with any other file that you see listed. And then reboot the device
without saving the configs.
How can I set the VPN Concentrator back to factory defaults?
A. From the File Management screen, delete the "config" file and reboot. If this file is deleted accidentally, a backup copy, "config.bak" is kept.
