I am trying to backup the security monitor throught the VMS by doing the steps below:
VPN/Securiyt Management Solution > Administation > Common Services > Backup Database. then I have spaciefied the backup folder, email notification, Immediate then click finish. I recived this error message [Clients that participated in Backup:ids-mdc backup operation failed - Reson(s) for Failure: ids-mdc:backup operation failed the database validation faild.
