Server requires hands free login to VPN

AnyConnect on Windows

We have a server in the Cloud which needs to be able to establish a VPN connection without any user input. How can this be achieved?

We would put the user id and password in AWS Secrets Manager so they are not stored in plain text on the Server.

You can look for any connect always on option with Trusted Certificate authentication.
