setting idle timeout on vpn3005 has no effect

I've set the idle timeout on the BaseGroup, all the groups I've got, and all the user accounts to more than the default of 30 minutes, but my vpn clients keep getting logged out after 30 minutes. On the client, it says the connection "was terminated by Peer" and that the reason was "Configured Maximum Idle Time for Session Exceeded."

I can't find any other places where the idle timeout might be set to only 30 mins. I know it's not a NAT translation timeout issue because the vpn client is only one hop away from the concentrator and there's no NATing involved.

Is there another setting somewhere I'm missing?

The vpn concentrator automatically disconnect the client session if it is idle for 30 minutes. If you don't want to the concentrator to timeout the client connection, you can set your idle time to 0.
