sheduled backup doesn,t work

Hi to all,

I've a problem with backup in CW/VMS.

I had set up a backup every sunday night. It works fine, but one day the backup didn't work.

Since that day no more backups worked.

I've tried to set up again the scheduled back up but when I go to scheduled jobs option nothing is showed.

Can anybody help me?

Very similiar issues are fixed by applying most recent patches. Have you tried those? Additionally can you make sure you have enough free space in the drive where VMS is installed. also you can run mdcsupport and see in IDS* log files.

Yes, I've the most recent patches and enough free space in drive and the IDS log files say nothing about this.

What's mdcsupport? I've never used this tool.
