Should I upgrade from VPNClient3.0.1?

I use VPNClient3.0.1 to access PIX506 v6.0(1). I believe there are newer versions of these: what benefits would we gain by upgrading?

If there are benefits, where do I obtain the upgrades?

The release notes talk about the bug fixes and new features: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/vpn/client/rel3_5_1/351_3kcl.htm. The software center at http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/vpn/client/ has the upgrades (You’ll need a software support contract and valid Cisco login to gain access to them.)
