SSL Client v1.02 and local P.C Proxy Server Settings

Customer has a VPN 3005 Concentrator and clients running Windows XP with Cisco SSL VPN Client v1.0.2.

In the Concentrator group settings, we have selected in Client Config >IE Proxy Server Policy > Do no modify Proxy settings.

However, when the users connect the IE Proxy Server Policy within the VPN Concentrator is not applied.

However, when you disconnect the rule is then applied. I have seen caveats for issues in v1.0.1 (CSCeh36363),

however these are seen to be resolved. in v1.02

Does anyone know whether this is a definite bug in the client/concentrator software?
