Starting over

My company was bought out and we are combining networks instead using our scheme of IP we are going to use theirs. I am sure that this has been asked before but I could not find it.

How do you clear the present config and start over?

If you are using a PIX firewall then the write erase command will clear your flash memory. Afterwards type in reload to reload the router with no configuration.

Thanks, about 20 seconds after I wrote this I found the command I needed.

"clear config" in config mode. make sure that you are on a console!
