We really never got that working right for us. We were looking at possibly spending up to around 1500 or less for something. Any suggestion on CiscoWorks or HP Openview?
the 192.*.100.0 is the class of ip's the customer is using. sbc didnt give them to us. but they should still have to have a rote in there in order for this to work correctly but they dont seem to think.
