TFTP Through Gateway Router

I have Cisco 515 firewall configured with 2500 router as a gateway.What commands should I use so that I will be able to copy router flash to a tftp server in the inside network.

First you need to open a hole through the PIX. Create a static mapping for a global IP address to the inside TFTP server. Then use a conduit to allow TFTP (UDP port 69) traffic only from the routers IP address. Once that is complete you should be able to TFTP the routers config to the global IP address.
