User on cable and win2K hangs when trying to connect to email

I have a user whose win2k machine hangs when he establishes a tunnel and trys to connect to resources on the network. We are using 3.0.2 client and 3.0 concentrator. We have many users that use this group with win2k, which is a cert group, and they can connect to resources fine. I checked the mtu on the machine and set them to 1400. Any ideas out there?

Has the user set up anti-spoof against the cable interface? And does that match your private network?
