Hey guys!

I have a SNS-3415-K9 appliance that we don't use it and were shutdown for god knows how long, Since ACS is not supported anymore and this appliance is totally useless, so I decided to use this appliance as a ESXi host! I installed ESXi 6.7 U3 on it but it doesn't boot the ESXi, and when I connect to CIMC to see what is going on, I noticed that NO RAID HAS DETECTED..!

So can you guys help me with that?

The SNS-3415 is based on the Cisco UCS C220 M3 hardware. There are several articles on installing ESXi on it. Basically you need a custom ESXI image so that the hardware is properly recognized.

For anybody else reading this please note later SNS series appliances (3500 and 3600 series) use UEFI secure boot and cannot run ESXi.
