Every time I attempt to run a report from IDSMC or Security Monitor the application freezes up. I'm using v 1.2.3 IDSMC. I keep the database relatively clean and pruned, so I can't figure out why reporting is not functioning.

I think the upgrade to v 1.2.3 is meant to fix a bug (CSCsa02920). This bug prevents scheduled tasks, like reports, configuration deployments or notifications are not executing, however I was under the impression that you would need an upgrade to VMS 2.2 before installing IDSMC/SecMon 1.2.3> perhaps someone else in the group could confirm this.
The important notes for 1.2.3 highlights
Use VMS Common Services 2.2 with IDS MC 1.2.3 and Security Monitor 1.2.3. (VMS Common Services 2.1 was used with IDS MC 1.1 and Security Monitor 1.1.)
