VMS not recognizing that sensor has an updated signature

I have just updated to signature 4.1(3)S88. When I run a report in MC it shows some of the signatures at S87 and some at S85. If I check a sensor in configuation settings it also shows a previous signature. When I query the sensor it comes up with S88. I feel that the database is not updating a table with this info. I need to be able to run this report to show the client that the signatures have been updated, it is no good if it shows the old signature level. Any ideas on how to get the database to update because even after I individually query the sensor the report still shows the wrong signature.

I occasionally see the same happen on my VMS server. When querying for the identification, make sure you select "apply" afterwards. You'll then need to push the pending configuration to the sensor.
