Here's a good example of the VPN3k to the IOS Router:

but it is not using Digital Certificates.

Here's a page on how to form an IPSec tunnel between a Pix and IOS using certificates:

If you follow the examples and understand how to make these connections happen, you should be able to use these to create the IpSec tunnel between the concentrator and the router.
