Could someone tell me what the risks are for allowing Web-Based E-Mail Services (like yahoo or hotmail) into your exchange server. basically a SR manager want to access their yahoo messages on their work emails on exchange

Are they currently accessing their web-based email at work via the browser? If so, I don't see how it changes the risk profile.
