No one wants to respond to my "VPN to SOHO97" so let me try this. I am using the following:
Cisco VPN client 3.6
SOHO 97 router
Windows XP
When trying to create the VPN my router log keeps showing the following lines and creates the VPN, but will not pass traffic.
5d02h: ISAKMP (0:1): received packet from xx.xx.xx.148 dport 4500 sport 4500 Global (R) QM_IDLE
5d02h: ISAKMP: set new node 679755470 to QM_IDLE
5d02h: ISAKMP (0:1): processing HASH payload. message ID = 679755470
5d02h: ISAKMP (0:1): processing NOTIFY unknown protocol 1
spi 0, message ID = 679755470, sa = 8136F490
5d02h: ISAKMP (0:1): deleting node 679755470 error FALSE reason "informational (in) state 1"
5d02h: ISAKMP (0:1): Input = IKE_MESG_FROM_PEER, IKE_INFO_NOTIFY
5d02h: ISAKMP (0:1): Old State = IKE_P1_COMPLETE New State = IKE_P1_COMPLET
I don't know where to go from here to troubleshoot.

I had a problem once where connections could be established, but would not pass traffic.
If there is nothing else obviously wrong, try upgrading the VPN client software. This fixed the problem for me.
