I sometimes have to go to our data center to work on hardware and my laptop has DUO Authentication For Windows Logon installed and configured. I do get a prompt for Offline authentication but it is after about 2 min. and after entering the code the computer is still locked. The prompt is popping up long after the timeout for a traditional offline authentication and so the computer stays locked. What setting needs changed? I'm not even sure what section to post this question in.
