I'm using the Duo trial for 30 days. I am testing the MFA for Windows logon. I manually created a user and then downloaded the installer for Windows logon. However, after installing that and restarting my laptop, I cannot open it. There's no prompt for admin and entering a password, just a screen. I tested it twice and also reset my laptop, but I still got the same result. What could be the issue?

Ah, OK. I suggest you contact Duo Support for additional troubleshooting if you have not already.

If you are using Windows 11, we have observed this issue after the release of the Windows 11 24H2 update. We have determined this not to be a Duo issue but have shipped a fix in the 5.1.1 version of the Duo Windows Logon client. Please try that and contact support if you encounter further issues.

@Ken Stieers This isn't a workaround. There is a fix in the 5.1.1. release, and it's mentioned in the release notes as "Fixed issue where the Duo authentication window renders transparently."
