Free Trial not receiving a confirmation email

Greetings all,

I signed up for a free trial (then would have migrated to the Free plan) on Duo Security via the duo.com signup page.

 

I entered my email and everything correctly, and I did not receive a confirmation email and I attempted to do a password reset and did not get an email for that either. So I cannot log in nor received a confirmation email for my signup.

 

I attempted to contact Duo support and was not successful.

 

Any help is great

The signup email comes from no-reply@duosecurity.com. Check your spam/junk for a message from that address with the subject "Welcome to Duo, yourname".

How did you contact Duo Support? I'd suggest emailing support@duo.com if you didn't do that before.

Duo, not DUO.

I never received any email from any duo.com or duosecurity.com domains, it was not flagged as spam or anything in regards.

I've sent an email to Duo Support as of last night. I've heard there has been issues with receiving emails from loads of Cisco products (Webex, Duo) upon onboarding from colleagues.

Realized we had our internal system enabled..Thank you!
