Getting started with Cisco Duo - Activation 1st Time

Greetings!

Just want to ask a silly question ,

Recently our customer order Cisco Duo (DUO-ESSENTIALS) and this is the first time they will use the Cisco Duo.

What the next step for our customer for Activation of their Cisco Duo Subscription ?

from the email from the Cisco Order Delivery,

there's no activation email for the Cisco Duo (link for activation)

from the Duo Signup page :

that link is for Request Trial ?

The end customer email address (used ín the order) should have a Duo account and should find the purchased licenses when logging in to https://admin.duosecurity.com/ portal.
