Suppress the 'Is this your device?' dialog on a kiosk?

Our organization uses Duo Security. When logging into our department's kiosks it will prompt 'Is this your device?' each time. The answer should always be 'No, other people use this device'. Is there a global cookie that can be set on the kiosk browser profile that will store the answer as 'no' so the prompt never appears? Is there a setting I could ask our organization to configure that would accomplish the same on just our departmental kiosks?

This is coming from an effective Duo policy for those logins that applies remembered devices policy settings.

If you don't want anyone to use remembered devices you can turn that off in your global or application-level policy.

Otherwise, are you able to create a group that contains the specific users of that kiosk? If so, you can apply a group policy to the application(s) used at the kiosk without remembered devices to that group.

If the users of the kiosks do also access Duo-protected applications from individually-assigned workstations, and you want them to access the same app from their own systems and have the option to remember the device available, you're kind of stuck. We don't currently have a way to apply or exclude Duo policies from systems, only users and protected apps. You can contact Duo Support (or your Duo Care team if you have one) to submit a feature request for remembered device policy exclusion by system.

Duo, not DUO.
