Cannot https access Cisco RV340 using WAN's IP

Hi Support,

I've recently bought Cisco RV340 router model and started configure it at our main office before take it to our branch office.

The problem I got now is I'm not able to https access it using WAN's ip but can https access it from directly connected laptop to the router's LAN port.

I did check and remote management is enabled on port 443.

What else am I missing?

Hi,

I used to assign the same static external ip to Cisco RV042 router and had no problem access it remotely either via http or https.

is there any other firewall setting that should be enabled on Cisco RV340 to make https accessible via web interface?
