Hello,
I have an old back up device NSS324 with 4 drives in it that used to be connected to a windows based office network. The office and network no longer exist but I need to obtain some files from the device, and I use a MacBookPro. Can you advise how I can connect the two together to be able to look at the drives?
I plugged in a usb to usb-c cable in the hope that my Mac would just see it, but unfortunately not. Any assistance would be appreciated.
