RV340 L2TP VPN

Hello,

Can anyone assist me with instructions on how to setup L2TP VPN server on a cisco RV340 router

1. Does the router need to have a RV- Security license to accomplish this.

2. Does the wan interface need an special configuration for l2tp to work.
