Are you looking for guidance concerning a virtualized deployment, or a bare metal install?

...also, while it may be possible to configure this server for a bare metal install, I *think* the only supported SKUs for doing this on UCS series are the pre-configured CPS-UCS-* chassis.

still I have problems
my problem is, I was updating VSM 7.2.2 7.6 directly from video surveillance manage Console-> update server, loading the .zip file from an FTP server only up 14% and the connection failed, now I can not get into video surveillance manager console, in the cisco page provides a .img file to restore the version 7.2.2 on condition that the RAID undamaged.

as I can verify that the RAID undamaged?
You can make a direct upgrade from version 7.2.2 to 7.6?

You may wish to engage Cisco TAC for support if you are in the middle of a failed server upgrade.  I can't see the Server Upgrade utility commencing with a system upgrade if the upload of the archive was incomplete and corrupt, but I suppose it could be possible.

Your RAID array is likely alright, as otherwise you'd get some pretty loud and annoying alarms, not to mention a failure LED on the affected disk tray(s).  

I haven't used the 7.2.2 Recovery media personally, but I *do* believe there is a 'repair' option which should leave the video archives in place.  Unfortunately, I don't think it retains any VSOM configuration, so you may need to restore that information from a recent backup.

Also, you are correct in that you certainly can do a direct upgrade from 7.2.2 to 7.6.  At least the last time I reviewed the Release Notes, that was stated to be the case.
